The 30th 9.5mm International Festival 2005

The 30th 9.5 International Festival was held from Thursday 5th May to Sunday 8th May 2005, at St Nazaire in the Loire-Atlantique region of France, organised by the Cine Club 9.5 de France.

A little under fifty attended, with ten from the UK, the others mostly from France and the Nederlands. It was an excellent weekend, with a number of interesting and enjoyable visits and excursions; the food and wine wasn't bad either! We were able to extend the hoiday with a week in a gite further up the Loire river and popped in to see French friends on the way.

Some of the photographs come from the French 9.5 Club magazine, the write-up is by Malcolm Cutmore from our own Group 9.5 magazine - saves me trying to translate the French!

Just found this lovely leaflet in my garage - hence I've done the 2005 item!
