The 30th 9.5mm International Festival 2005

The 30th 9.5 International Festival was held from Thursday 5th May to Sunday 8th May 2005, at St Nazaire in the Loire-Atlantique region of France, organised by the Cine Club 9.5 de France.

Just under fifty attended, with ten from the UK, the others mostly from France and the Nederlands. It was an excellent weekend, with a number of interesting and enjoyable visits and excursions; the food and wine wasn't bad either! We were able to extend our own holiday with a week in a gite further up the Loire river and popped in to see French twinning friends on the way.

Some of the photographs come from the French 9.5 Club magazine, the write-up is by Malcolm Cutmore from our own Group 9.5 magazine - saves me trying to translate the French!

Just found this lovely leaflet in my garage - hence I've done the 2005 item!

The reverse of our 'goodie' bag (or sac in French!) - that's a clever image on the actual bag!
