The 30th 9.5 International Festival was held from Thursday 5th May to Sunday 8th May 2005, at St Nazaire in the Loire-Atlantique region of France, organised by the Cine Club 9.5 de France.
Just under fifty attended, with ten from the UK, the others mostly from France and the Nederlands. It was an excellent weekend, with a number of interesting and enjoyable visits and excursions; the food and wine wasn't bad either! We were able to extend our own holiday with a week in a gite further up the Loire river and popped in to see French twinning friends on the way.
Some of the photographs come from the French 9.5 Club magazine, the write-up is by Malcolm Cutmore from our own Group 9.5 magazine - saves me trying to translate the French!
Just found this lovely leaflet in my garage - hence I've done the 2005 item!

I have listed all the 9.5mm film entries and brief details from the French club magazine - there were three viewing sessions plus a couple of short films intended, I think to possibly form a new category in this International 9.5mm Event.
