Notes:
  1. Among the first four feature films issued on 9.5mm optical sound by Pathéscope in the UK

  2. Publicity for the film claimed that most of the extras taking part in the cafe scenes
were actually French. The producers hired them to give authenticity to the sequences!
  3. Charles Bennett (1899-1995) was an English playwright, best known for his work with
Alfred Hitchcock for whom he provded seven screenplays including the classic "Blackmail"
(1929). Bennett directed two movies and also went to America where he wrote for the
      cinema and television.
